1.We could not confirm what physically marks the grave today — whether an ohel, a matzevah, or nothing at all. The cemetery survey for Pohrebyshche was unreachable, so go expecting an unmarked kever until you see otherwise.
2.He served as maggid in the town and was niftar here on 10 October 1802. The sources place his kever in Pohrebyshche but do not say which cemetery or where within it, so treat the location as unfixed until someone on the ground shows you.
3.This is not Rabbi Shalom Shachna of Lublin, the rebbe of the Rema, who died in 1558 and is buried in Lublin — a search on the bare name pulls him up first.
